About Fleet Support Coordinator

As a Fleet Support Coordinator you learn how to make a difference as a Fleet Manager. We will train you on how to lead a fleet of professional over the road drivers and how to drive performance in the key business metrics of Safety, Service, Revenue, and Retention. You will work directly with our experienced Fleet Managers as you learn how to run a successful fleet of drivers. As a crucial part of your learning you will provide support by completing status checks on drivers and communicate any ETA changes, read and respond to driver messages, coordinating certain safety tasks and coordinating maintenance events. Once you have mastered this position you will be promoted to a Fleet Manager and will manage your own fleet of 35-45 drivers. This is incredibly rewarding work that will provide you with a high level of personal and professional satisfaction.
