We are looking for a responsible Safety/ Claims Specialist (Commercial) (Licensing optional), who is willing to learn. Qualifications
- Sincere desire and ability to interact, in a professional manner with drivers and other employees
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and organization Skills
- Ability to work independently; show initiative and be a self-starter
- Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with defined performance metrics
- Knowledge of transportation industry/previous experience in trucking is a plus
Insurance specialist job duties include, but are not limited to
- Claims handling (investigate property damage/subrogation; gather information from sources, such as police reports
- Prepare reports/emails for claim adjusters/examiners
- Complete reports of investigation findings
- Complete reports of investigation findings
